Theatre Bristol Announces February 22-23 Auditions for Steel Magnolias
Roles for six women for this May production on the Cameo Theatre stage
Bristol, Tennessee/Virginia, February 2025 – Theatre Bristol announces auditions for Steel Magnolias on February 22 and 23 at 512 State Street, Bristol, TN, for the May production at the Cameo Theatre. Playwright Robert Harling honors his sister with this award-winning story about M’Lynn, Shelby, Truvy, Annelle, Clairee, and Ouiser who bond and banter at the beauty parlor over relationships – their own and others, family, challenges, and tragedy, through tears and laughter.
Both hilarious and heartfelt, Steel Magnolias will be directed by Kenn Naegele, most recently director of Theatre Bristol’s Oklahoma!, Elf The Musical, The Wizard of Oz, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and ANNIE.
